Sassy Nails Reviews

I’m so upset and honestly in pain. 🥺 I went in for a simple acrylic refill before my tour, and it turned into a nightmare. The technician ignored what I asked for, and when I told her my nails were BURNING, she told me it was normal. My nails ended up so damaged I had to get them removed at another salon. Now, I can’t even open a box or scratch my hand without it hurting because they are so thin. To make it worse, the salon took zero accountability and blamed me. I'll be posting a video to see the before, during, and the painful after. 🚩"

Ive been to Sassy Nails 4 times now and every time the experience is disappointing. The ladies are nice but every single time my services get delayed and interrupted by other customers and phone calls. I understand a few minutes delay, but this is like 10 minute personal calls and ditching my pedicure for another client. The attention to detail is missing. I can’t rely on them to shape my nails consistently at all or even prep an even surface. I really wanted to like them because the ladies are usually quite cheery but each time I leave wishing I had saved my money and done my own nails. For context, I have done gel nails, shellac nails and regular polish and they have all been a miss. I believe it’s just the two ladies that work there and my experience is the same with both sadly.

It’s not terrible especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly service. I went here once to get my nails done (shellac mani). Based on my very own experience, it wasn’t the best. I could definitely compare it with other salons who charge more. Nevertheless, I like the people who work there - friendly and welcoming. I wish they have the manicure/pedicure tools in separate packages like other salons have. I trust they are sanitized, but sometimes you just gotta see it.

Mary and Lisa are so sweet and friendly! I've been using their service for more than 10 years. Keep it up girls! 💃

They did a rip job and for a simple nail polish change went above and beyond wher other places do! Thorough removal, simple filing, cuticle oil, Opi nail strengthening base coat! And nice color application with top coat! Let me dry the nails with their machine for 10 min! Friendly professional service, the nice pedi chairs in the back, and great location downtown. Will return!
