Sassy Nails

I’m so upset and honestly in pain. 🥺 I went in for a simple acrylic refill before my tour, and it turned into a nightmare. The technician ignored what I asked for, and when I told her my nails were BURNING, she told me it was normal. My nails ended up so damaged I had to get them removed at another salon. Now, I can’t even open a box or scratch my hand without it hurting because they are so thin. To make it worse, the salon took zero accountability and blamed me. Ive been to Sassy Nails 4 times now and every time the experience is disappointing. The ladies are nice but every single time my services get delayed and interrupted by other customers and phone calls. I understand a few minutes delay, but this is like 10 minute personal calls and ditching my pedicure for another client. The attention to detail is missing. I can’t rely on them to shape my nails consistently at all or even prep an even surface. I really wanted to like them because the ladies are usually quite cheery but each time I leave wishing I had saved my money and done my own nails. For context, I have done gel nails, shellac nails and regular polish and they have all been a miss. I believe it’s just the two ladies that work there and my experience is the same with both sadly.

It’s not terrible especially if you’re looking for a budget-friendly service. I went here once to get my nails done (shellac mani). Based on my very own experience, it wasn’t the best. I could definitely compare it with other salons who charge more. Nevertheless, I like the people who work there - friendly and welcoming. I wish they have the manicure/pedicure tools in separate packages like other salons have. I trust they are sanitized, but sometimes you just gotta see it.
